We went for the steak and got it! Hubby got 18 Oz ribeye and ate it all! It was done to perfection. Mine was Flo's filet and lobster tail. ..yummy! It wasn't too crowded and service was excellent! We were so filled from salad, bread, entree and our potato, loaded, baked that we went home without dessert! We'll be back!

Honestly I would have to give it maybe a 3.5~3.75 star, but a 4 star will have to do. I went in ready for steak and we got a steak. My boyfriend and I decided to go for the Porterhouse for 2, which is 30oz. For $43 we got an 30oz porterhouse, 2 sides and 2 salads. Worth the price? Hmm, maybe.. yes! The steak was ordered as medium rare but did come out a little more rare. I didn't mind because the steak was juicy and tender with nice char marks. The sides we went for were mashed potatoes and sweet potato with brown sugar. Not very impressive but was still tasty. The salads and complementary bread was also not too impressive and used was a filler before steak time. I thought the steak was pretty big in size for two people but if I really had to, I could finish that all by myself! Man, beast mode. The only reason I can't give LongHorn all 5 stars is because of the service. While dining we were always left with empty glasses and the server would always just drop off our food and run off. My boyfriend witnessed our server walking pass our tables several times without filling our glasses nor checking up but he had enough time to continuously talk to the table behind us. We were also handed the check without even suggesting any dessert, which I find a big customer service disappointment. I would come back for the steak and possible try other dishes off the menu. A big turn off will definitely be the service.

Wow! what an unexpected pleasure! I odered the 12 oz prime rib. Succulent and perfect are just two of the adjectives that are are this lovely cut of beef. The server David was great, attentive without being overbearing. He made the day. Thanks again for a nice luch with my friend.

we ordered our drinks, then food and had to ask twice for the house bread. we got the bread after 25 minutes of waiting at the same time as the food came out. I am not a fan of the pop on the menu and ordered water. I never was asked once if I would like more. the others who ordered beer got frequent refills. it is hard to chew on over cooked food without a liquid, but I am wondering since water is free and beer is not is this the reason that the waitress did not offer me more water? I ordered a well done t bone steak and it came out medium. they put it back on the fire and it was very charred, black around the edges. I am not a good cook, is it possible to cook a steak well done without burning it. I could actually scrape the burnt off of the top of the steak. also, the beer on the menu was not available.

Used to come here often for dinner then moved out of area. Stopped in for a business lunch, had the salad and chowder lunch special which was great.

Second time I've been here in last couple of years. This time I had the Flat Iron Steak that was really good. I asked for medium rare and it was just slightly over that, but it was still very tender and juicy. It was also nicely seasoned. The craft beer on tap that I had was also good. Like most steakhouses, the decor is full of dark woods and carpeting, but each booth did have their own overhead light fixture. Nothing worse than a place where you can't see the menu or your food. This was not the case here. All in all, this was definitely a good value place for dinner. I admit I am a bit surprised at this from a "chain" restaurant, but it is a pleasant surprise.

Dropped in today to have a steak. We decided to have the 30oz porterhouse for two. Steak was delivered to table extremely rare(we ordered Medium Rare). We sent it back.... They fixed it. Not very impressed, but the corn on the cob is very very good. Ceasar salad was eh... Anyway, it was a solid meal, it will certainly make a S%Â¥t. The end.

I have to admit: I was actually very impressed with the interior (clean), the service (friendly), and the food at this LongHorn location. If you're looking for a casual dining location in the area, I would say that LongHorn is on the same level as an Outback Steakhouse, but I think I actually prefer LongHorn now. They have a pretty large cocktail list, including a pretty darn good margarita (The Perfect Margarita, that comes in a shaker...pretty much 2 margaritas for the price of one since it's so huge), and the Goldrush Martini, which features passionfruit vodka infused with pineapple (they have it in a large glass jar on the bar) shaken over ice and served straight up. If you're ordering a steak, make sure to order the tableside steak sauce - it is really tasty, and even made this non-red meat eater want a few bites. Save room for the Campfire S'mores brownie too...because you can't go wrong with anything s'mores related.

There are several other Longhorns within a 20 mile radius. This is the best. Three of us had the small filet, each to a different doneness, and they were all done to perfection. The vegetable medley was excellent - even the broccoli was not bitter, a sure sign of fresh vegetables. It was Christmas Eve and we waited a while to be seated but it was worth it. If you want the darkness and ambiance of a $$$ place, fine. But if you want excellent food and service at a $$ price this is the place.

This is one of the best Longhorn Steak Houses I've been to. The Flo's filet was so tender. The stuffed filet was amazing. If you want affordable steak that tastes great this is the location to go to.

The server warned us that it had too much spice or salt. She was right.. how could those senior citizens eat here if they have to watch for their sodium intake?? I don't remember them mentioning that they could do any sodium free, but it was still nice of them to mention that fact. You'd be surprised that it wasn't a steak I ordered being that it was a steakhouse. Instead, I just started with lobster and shrimp bisque soup with red pepper in it. So good and didn't have to add anything else, unlike the one in Thirsty Marlin. Moving on that, I then had Sonoma Chicken Salad, you guessed it, which had balsamic vinaigrette with cheese, peppers and red onions, but no cranberry bits. The tomato basil salsa didn't go too well with it. Their drink that I had was plenty.. and it felt like drinking the liquid version of Watermelon Jolly Rancher in alcohol setting. I dare you to try it! Though, the atmosphere was nice and it was cool to see some western theme with colorful walls and friendly/courteous wait staff.

Just had the 16oz prime rib at The Longhorn steakhouse and it was delicious. I was greeted and waited on by Joe who did a fantastic job. He was very patient explaining the various specials and his recommendations. I knew what I wanted before I came in. He checked on me quite often making sure I was a happy customer. The prime rib was huge and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back to try some of the other steaks that The Longhorn Steakhouse offers. Good job

Ordered carry out, the food was great. Only one problem we didn't get the appetizer. I sent my husband out to retrieve the appetizer the manager was very apologetic and gave us a gift card.

We had a great meal here tonight. The food is very nice quality for a chain steak restaurant. The 2 for $30 menu is a great value. You get two salads, two entrees (including a couple 8 oz. steak options), and either an appetizer or a dessert. Just a tip -- the Chocolate Stampede dessert is awesome, but also big enough for 4 people to share. Great food, great service, and a great experience.

I've been to other Longhorn locations and have never been truly impressed, but tonight was different. This location is apparently run with an efficient hand and a good manager. We arrived around 8:30 pm and it wasn't busy at all, this was good, because we got seated very quickly. Once seated, our waitress came over and took our drink orders, since I ordered coffee, and they had to brew some fresh, it took a little while longer, but fresh coffee made me not mind at all. We ordered our starter of Pretzel sticks with beer cheese and honey mustard & bacon bacon dipping sauce. These were -so- good! The cheese sauce was decadent. Our mains were a burger and Napa Grilled Chicken which is essentially a grilled chicken breast with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes and portobello mushrooms in a light white wine sauce. They were quite tasty, especially with the sides of a salad, asparagus & Brussels sprouts au gratin, finally a way to get me to eat those little cabbages. I will admit, we had a small issue with our meal, my plate had a hair on it. I brought it to the waitress' attention, and she quickly removed the plate, had it remade and since my husband had eaten his meal in the interim, had the manager remove the cost of my meal, this was not expected, but it was greatly appreciated. The service was excellent. We would most certainly come back again!

We went for dinner lastnight. The service was ehhh. Ordered a Ribeye medium rare and my girlfriend had a shrimp dish. The server we had (began with an I) wasn't up to par. I have serving/hospitality background and expect the service to be better than what we received. The steak, for $19.99 wasn't worth the price and no one should ever have to ask/wait for a refill...EVER. Just my opinion. It was our first time and I don't recommend it. Spend your $ elsewhere.

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! The porterhouse for two is amazing!!! The cut of meat is cooked to perfection...you can cut the steak with a fork, it is so tender. Service is thoughtful and attentive. Our waiter Josh was friendly and let us take our time devouring the porterhouse. Divine!!! He made wonderful suggestions from the menu, making our experience that much better. Shannon the manager came to check on us and we couldn't be happier with our meals. Thanks for making the choice easy...outback who? Forget it!!! Longhorn is the place to go!!! Great food, friendly service and good times await!!! Stop reading this review and go now!!!!

I've been coming to this LongHorn for a few years now and have yet to have a negative experience. Generally, if you're arriving after 6:30pm, expect to have a 15-20 minute wait time (although sometimes it's quicker). The good part is you can call ahead for large parties. The restaurant atmosphere is great, makes you feel like you actually are in a Western, Texas setting from the horse saddles to the cattle ropes. The servers are friendly and attentive, which is a huge plus as to why I come back here. I'm a huge fan of their Wild West Shrimp and Texas T'onions appetizers, which always come out delicious. Their menu choices are pretty much typical of a steakhouse and are descriptive (which helps in choosing what type of meat you want). I personally like the Flat Iron Steak with Stuffed Portabella (recommend you try it!)

3 1/2 stars really, service was good and friendly, had to move to a different table, first one was very wobbly, then somebody else got it, above average atmosphere, did have a steakhouse feel. Food was good.

It is amazing as usual. The steak is fantastic and the bread is always good. They always have good sides and the whole family enjoys it. They have great service as well. You may want to make a reservation ahead of time because it gets packed fast!

2/4/13 Stopped by Longhorn for a late night supper for 3. Two of us had the flat iron steak, and the other the filet. Delicious all around. While the steak was excellent, I was most impressed by the flavor of the mixed seasonal vegetables (broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini and carrots) as well as the green beans. All perfectly cooked and what tasted like a clear butter sauce that bathed them. Wonderful meal at an outstanding price. 7/4/12 I haven't eaten at a Longhorn in about 8-9 years, but having a big group of family in town for a visit gave me a chance to check it out again during a late night supper. This Longhorn is a good bit nicer than most chain steak houses I've been in the last few years. The interior is much nicer than the Longhorns I used to eat at, with a major upgrade in decor. Those in NC felt more like Texas bunkhouse than the rich wood and stone features here. Service was excellent with our waitress stopping by frequently to check on us. I ordered the fire-grilled marinated 8 oz. flat iron steak with baked potato and green beans. The medium rare steak was cooked perfectly, with very good flavor and moist taste. The baked potato was average, but the green beans were great, lightly cooked and tasted very fresh. My meal was so good I finished off every bite, but the rest of the party found plenty to take home. At $13, I found the meal an excellent value. My scores on the chain steak house scale: Atmosphere: 5 Service: 4 Food: 4 Value: 5

The salmon was excellent so was the wine. The mashed potatoes are instant. Nasty. Very surprised about instant potatoes with a $20 meal. The salad was small and mostly iceberg.

They tried to give me a ribeye that was 3/4 solid fat. Even the manager was shocked someone plated this mess. Ughhh chain restaurants.

I've eaten at this restaurant couple of times recently, and overall pretty satisfied. I've had the Outlaw Ribeye med-rare, Napa Grilled Chicken, Broccoli Cheddar soup & Shrimp & Lobster Dip, green beans & Blue Ridge Salad. All their food comes out tasty, cooked just right, fresh, quality ingredients and decent portions. Their ribeyes are a bit fattier than I'd care for , but that would be my only complaint. It's great to have a restaurant that serves a head of romaine lettuce as opposed to the cheap, non nutritional iceberg lettuce. The entire staff provides excellent service, from a manager checking on me during my meal, an intelligent server that can get my order right and have it come out on time, to call ahead seating for busy times at night. This restaurant has become one I will eat at on a regular basis.

As far as steakhouses go, this is one of our favorites. The service is great, the salads are served on a cold plate. (That is big with me.) Never had a bad meal. You can call ahead to be put on a waiting list if you go on a busy night. This works well, and lets you skip ahead of a big crowd. We usually try to take a coupon or take advantage of one of their specials, like the "2 for $20.95" deal. The Wild West Shrimp is a plentiful choice. LHS is a special treat for our family.
